'Words and Numbers 2' is one in a series of 6 original abstract mixed media pieces incorporating my hand made collage papers, vintage ledgers and text from old books, all juxtaposed with the abstract marks from the paint and mark making to create a unique contemporary piece. The final stage with much of my work is the mark making, picking out areas within the piece that I feel enhance its quality. 
The work has been produced using paper, acrylic paint, collage papers and pens on medium grade sketchbook paper that has been mounted on to board. The final act being the tab at the top. It measures 12" x 8" The piece has been left unframed for you to choose your own design. The work is signed.
