Bohwne Cornwall is my Cornwall..... It is one that's somewhat rough around the edges; nothing very fancy. It is rugged, organic and takes no prisoners. 

Much of the work here is very informal, it's easy, it doesn't stand on ceremony, yet it can hold its own in a crowd. The surfaces of the jewellery are natural looking and speak of the textures and materials that thrive and are resident in the county that is my home; granite, moss, lichen to name but a few. My paper works are both conceptual and intuitive; the abstract collage having a sense of controlled freedom, whilst the altered books and photos transform me to a conjurer, where I not only arrange and assemble the images and text before me, I emotionally engage with them too.
